These terms govern the use of the ItaHealthNest online store and the purchases you make in it. By using the store or placing an order, you accept them.

2. Products

We try to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but there may be small differences in color, size or packaging compared with the images.

3. Health notice

The products in our store are for personal use and wellness. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They do not replace the advice of a doctor, dentist or other healthcare professional. Always read the instructions before use. 4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Shipping costs and, where applicable, taxes are shown before you confirm payment. We may change prices at any time, but the price applied to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraudulent use.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from use of the products other than as stated in their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, design and brand of the store belong to ItaHealthNest or its legitimate owners and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
