Shipping policy

At ItaHealthNest we ship to most countries around the world. At checkout you will see whether we can ship to your address and the exact shipping cost before you confirm your order.

Order processing

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so if you buy several items they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Estimated delivery times

United States: 7 to 16 business days.
Europe: 10 to 20 business days.
Rest of the world: 12 to 25 business days.

These times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, bad weather or customs checks.

Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse we will email you a tracking number. Please note that tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Customs and taxes

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import taxes or duties. Unless checkout states that they are included, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully before paying. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible at josemiranda199209@gmail.com; we can only change it if the order has not yet shipped.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, email us at josemiranda199209@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we will send you a new one or refund you.
